Regine Semmelrogge ist Managerin, Mediengestalterin, Content Creatorin und Gründerin der Künstleragentur Schauspieloffensive. Ihr beruflicher Weg verbindet langjährige Erfahrung in Verwaltung und Organisation mit Kultur, Medien, PR, Künstlerbetreuung und digitaler Kommunikation.
Nach rund zwei Jahrzehnten im öffentlichen Dienst wechselte sie konsequent in die Kreativ und Medienbranche. Sie leitete Theaterprojekte, entwickelte Kommunikations und Vermarktungskonzepte und übernahm Management, Pressearbeit, Social Media, Booking und strategische Positionierung für Künstler und Persönlichkeiten.
Heute arbeitet sie als internationale Managerin und Beraterin mit Schwerpunkt auf Schauspiel, Entertainment, Medien und Nachwuchsförderung. Parallel entwickelt sie eigene Formate und Marken. Dazu gehören Living Room Mallorca, Podcasts, Videoformate und neue Eventkonzepte auf Mallorca.
Ihr Arbeitsstil verbindet Kreativität mit Pragmatismus. Ideen sollen nicht nur gut aussehen, sondern funktionieren, Menschen erreichen und sich wirtschaftlich weiterentwickeln lassen.
Mallorca ist längst mehr als ihr Wohnort. Die Insel ist Lebensmittelpunkt, Inspirationsquelle und zunehmend auch Basis ihrer beruflichen Projekte. Regine lebt hier mit ihrem Mann und ihren Tieren. Sie liebt Hunde, gutes Design, ungewöhnliche Menschen, Musik, Medien und Projekte, die nicht nach Schema F funktionieren.
Regine Semmelrogge es manager, diseñadora de medios, creadora de contenidos y fundadora de la agencia artística Schauspieloffensive. Su trayectoria profesional combina una amplia experiencia en administración y organización con cultura, medios de comunicación, relaciones públicas, representación artística y comunicación digital.
Tras cerca de dos décadas en el sector público, orientó su carrera hacia el mundo creativo y de los medios. Ha dirigido proyectos teatrales, desarrollado estrategias de comunicación y marketing y asumido tareas de management, prensa, redes sociales, booking y posicionamiento estratégico de artistas y personalidades.
Actualmente trabaja como manager y consultora internacional, especialmente en los ámbitos de la interpretación, el entretenimiento, los medios y la promoción de nuevos talentos. Paralelamente desarrolla formatos y marcas propias, entre ellos Living Room Mallorca, podcasts, formatos de vídeo y nuevos conceptos de eventos en Mallorca.
Su forma de trabajar combina creatividad y pragmatismo. Las buenas ideas no solo deben tener una buena imagen, sino también funcionar, llegar a las personas y tener potencial para desarrollarse profesionalmente.
Mallorca es desde hace tiempo mucho más que su lugar de residencia. La isla es su centro de vida, una fuente de inspiración y cada vez más la base de sus proyectos profesionales. Regine vive aquí con su marido y sus animales. Le encantan los perros, el buen diseño, las personas fuera de lo común, la música, los medios y, sobre todo, los proyectos que no siguen fórmulas convencionales.
Regine Semmelrogge is a manager, media designer, content creator and founder of the artist management agency Schauspieloffensive. Her professional background combines many years of experience in administration and organisation with culture, media, public relations, artist management and digital communication.
After nearly two decades in the public sector, she made a deliberate move into the creative and media industry. She has managed theatre projects, developed communication and marketing concepts, and taken responsibility for management, PR, social media, booking and the strategic positioning of artists and public personalities.
Today, she works as an international manager and consultant with a focus on acting, entertainment, media and emerging talent. At the same time, she develops her own formats and brands, including Living Room Mallorca, podcasts, video formats and new event concepts on Mallorca.
Her working style combines creativity with pragmatism. Ideas should not only look good, they should work, reach people and have the potential to grow into sustainable projects.
Mallorca has long been much more than simply her place of residence. The island is her home, a source of inspiration and increasingly the base for her professional projects. Regine lives here with her husband and their animals. She loves dogs, good design, unconventional people, music, media and projects that refuse to follow a standard formula.
